Lady Diana Manners (later Cooper), Nurse White, Nurse Manley and Violet, Duchess of Rutland (the mother of Diana) pictured at the military hospital the latter set up at the familys London home during the First World War. Lady Diana first nursed at Guys Hospital before transferring to the Rutland. The Duchess, a talented artist, offered to paint the portrait of anyone who gave the hospital financial aid. Date: 1918
