Boto Jigsaw Puzzle Collection

Boto (Iniidae) is a family of freshwater dolphins found in the Amazon and Orinoco river basins of South America, and are one of the few species of dolphins that can survive in both salt and fresh water. Botos have a long, slender body with a small head, long snout, and small eyes, and are usually gray or pinkish-gray in color with white patches on their sides and bellies and can grow up to 8 feet long and weigh up to 400 pounds. They feed mainly on fish but also eat crustaceans, mollusks, aquatic plants, and occasionally other mammals, and are highly social animals that live in groups called pods which typically consist of 5-15 individuals. They communicate using various sounds including clicks, whistles, squeaks, chirps, and barks which they use for navigation as well as communication between members of their pod.
