. In a twist of weather fate, April 2005 brought an unexpected winter wonderland to the picturesque vineyards of Cornas. As if Mother Nature couldn't resist playing a prank on the grapevines, snow covered every inch of this usually sun-kissed landscape. The Ardeche region was transformed into a scene straight out of a fairytale as fluffy white flakes blanketed the rolling hills and icy vines.
