The taxi drivers, members of the Middlesbrough and Langbaurgh Hackney Carriage Owners Association, organised an appeal for Children in Need and raised £ 802.55. Holding up the giant cheque are Peter Darby, secretary, Malcolm Liddle, treasurer, Pal Sangha, chairman and organiser Ashie Mahmood. 9th December 1987
