Sold in 1968 to Filmways, Inc and used to film Catch-22. Sold in 1971 to Tallmantz Aviation, CA. Restored by Aero Traders and marked as PBJ-1J *Pacific Princess*. Currently airworthy. Used in filmin of Pearl Harbour

After serving in the military, N9856C was sold on the civilian market in 1957. The aircraft's next chapter began in 1968 when it was acquired by Filmways, Inc, a production company.
