As night falls, these nocturnal creatures can't resist the allure of bright lights, making them regular visitors to our gardens. Unfortunately for us green thumbs, they often leave behind a trail of damage on our beloved flowers and foliage. But where do they hide during daylight hours? Well, it seems that ASW-4391 has mastered the art of camouflage! Buried deep in soil or concealed beneath leaf litter, these crafty grubs know how to stay out of sight until darkness falls once again. Originating from Grahamstown in South Africa's Eastern Cape region, this scarabaeidae member has gained quite a reputation as an unwanted guest among local gardeners.
