William Howard Taft, the 27th President of the United States, was a man of many roles and accomplishments. From his antitrust policies to his tenure as Chief Justice of the U. S. Supreme Court, Taft left an indelible mark on American history. In a cartoon from 1911, President Taft's antitrust policies are humorously depicted.
