President Ronald Reagan and Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher greeted each other warmley in London on Monday June 4th at Kensington Palace.
Mr Reagan and his wife Nancy earlier had left Dublin where the President had made a keynote speechon relations with the Soviet Union.
In it he offered to withdraw Cruise and Pershing missiles from Europe but only if the USSR agreed to abandon the 370 SS-20 missiles aimed at Western Europe.
