. In the scorching heat that swept across Alfriston Zoo, Sussex, temperatures soared into the nineties. Amidst this midsummer madness, a heartwarming incident unfolded. Betsy, one of the rare breeds of pigs residing in the zoo, found herself with an unexpected problem - sunburn! However, thanks to her caring keeper's quick thinking and resourcefulness, Betsy's bacon was saved. The devoted keeper came to Betsy's rescue by treating her sunburn with soothing sun lotion. Grateful for his tender care and not wanting to be outdone by their mother's ordeal, Betsy's two adorable piglets decided to add a touch of whimsy to their day.
