But just 10 months ago he faced the prospect of paralysis after a four-hour operation to his shattered body when he brushed with death on the pitch after being crushed in a ruck and stretchered off at Aberavon. Biodegradable and made with non-chlorinated gases (no toxic fumes) it is efficient; producing 100 tons of polystyrene can save 300 tons of trees!
