This exquisite Christmas card, bearing the signature of Stanley Baldwin, the British Prime Minister at the time, showcases a stunning sepia-toned image of Westminster Bridge and the Houses of Parliament, with the iconic Big Ben clock tower standing proudly in the background. The card, a relic from the 1920s, is a testament to the rich history and architectural grandeur of London. The Gothic Revival style of the Houses of Parliament, with its intricate details and ornate structures, is beautifully complemented by the simple yet elegant design of the bridge, spanning the River Thames.
