Framed Print of RMS Olympic, signed First Class dinner menu

RMS OLYMPIC, rare signed First Class dinner menu for Titanic's sister Olympic dated September 20th 1911. This is an important date in many respects principally Olympic collided with Royal Naval cruiser HMS Hawke resulting in significant damage to the latter and repairs needing to be made to the Olympic. Olympic returned to Harland and Wolff in Belfast for repair with significant amounts of manpower being transferred from Titanic to ensure her return to the seas as soon as possible, leading to a modest delay to Titanic's construction schedule. This menu was the personal property of the May brothers who were First Class passengers on the Titanic, bearing their signatures on the reverse, together with Herbert Odell. 6ins. Date: 1911.
