Helen Venetia Vincent, Viscountess D Abernon (n饠 Duncombe) ), British peeress, socialite and diarist. Lady D Abernon, a noted society beauty of her day, married Sir Edgar Vincent in 1890. During the First World War, Lady Helen trained as a nurse anaesthetist and treated thousands of patients in allied military hospitals.
