Ferouk Khan, the Persian Ambassador to the Emperor of the French, 1857. Portrait of the Envoy now in Paris, sketched from a miniature painted by a Persian artist. His costume consists of a green tunic, crossed by a blue ribbon; a cashmere pelisse, lined with fur, and having on each side a diamond aigrette; his sword and belt are also studded with brilliants; and he wears suspended from his neck a portrait of the Shah of Persia, set in diamonds'. Environmentally and ozone friendly, 40mm wide x 15mm Polycore® moulding has the look of real wood, is durable and light and easy to hang. Biodegradable and made with non-chlorinated gases (no toxic fumes) it is efficient; producing 100 tons of polystyrene can save 300 tons of trees! Prints are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof, optical clarity acrylic (providing the same general protection from the environment as glass).
