The 42-place aircraft, which is being subjected to a rigorous flight test program at the Piasecki Helicopter Corporation, was flown at speeds exceeding 130 miles per hour and at altitudes between 3, 000 and 4, 000 feet. Pilots report that the huge craft, which weighs over 15 tons, exhibits very satisfactory maneuverability and control.
