Procri e sdraiata in terra morente con una lancia conficcata nel petto. A sinistra e raffigurato il carro di Aurora, in qualche modo responsabile della morte di Procri, avendo la dea instillato nella giovane la gelosia verso il suo amato Cefalo, di cui si era invaghita. Aurora e accompagnata da Titone, principe troiano e musico, rapito e sposato dalla dea, la quale chiese per lui a Giove l immortalita, dimenticando di chiedere anche l eterna giovinezza (nell affresco e infatti raffigurato come un vecchio con una lunga barba bianca).
