These swords, with their pipe-backed (rounded-backed) blades, were still used in India as late as 1887, long after they had been abandoned by the British Army. Wood effect frame, card mounted, 10x8 fade resistant photo print. Overall outside dimensions 14x12 inches (36x31cm).
