Mouths Tongue Tongues Rainforests

22"x18" (58x48cm) Modern Frame

Introducing the Sun Bear Framed Print from the Media Storehouse collection, capturing the intriguing essence of this fascinating creature. This stunning image, taken by renowned wildlife photographer Wayne Lawler, showcases the sun bear's unique feature – its extraordinarily long tongue. Sun bears, the smallest bear species, are native to the tropical rainforests of Burma, Sumatra, and Borneo. Their long tongues, up to 20 cm long, are an advantageous adaptation for their diet, which includes honey, colonial insects, bird's eggs, and carrion. Named for the sun-like spot on their chest, sun bears are not only beautiful but also potentially dangerous. Bring the exotic rainforest into your home with this captivating framed print.
