Squeaky clean... Newsome Youth Club members washed and waxed cars to raise cash for Honley Ambulance Stations Heartbeat appeal.
The club, led by Mrs Christine Dickinson (left) will also be hard at work for the next two Saturdays, sprucing up cars.
The club, based at Newsome High School, has already given £ 70 to the Honley appeal and hopes to raise £ 100 more by charging £ 1 to wash and polish cars.
Honley Ambulance Station needs £ 10, 000 to by equipment which could keep heart attack victims alive during the dash to hospital.
The station now has £ 1, 500 towards its target. 4th March 1989
