At the time, Lady Forwood was known by various titles - Viscountess Ratendone, having been the former wife of the 2nd Marquess of Willingdon, Viscount Ratendone, Frederick Cullingford; and Lady Forwood, wife of Sir Dudley Forwood, 3rd Baronet.
