Aller is a small village in Somerset, England and is located near the town of Langport and is part of the South Somerset district. The population was recorded as 807 in the 2011 census. A long history dating back to at least 1086 when it was mentioned in the Domesday Book. The village has many historical buildings including St Andrew's Church which dates from the 13th century and Aller Manor House which dates from 1620. There are also several pubs and shops in Aller as well as a cricket club and an annual village fete held each summer.
