Morwenstow Collection

Morwenstow is a small village located in Cornwall, England and is situated on the north coast of Cornwall, near the border with Devon. The village is most famous for being the home of Reverend Robert Hawker, who was an Anglican priest and poet from 1834-1875. During his time in Morwenstow he wrote many poems and hymns which are still popular today. The village itself has a population of just over 300 people and features many beautiful views of the surrounding countryside as well as some stunning beaches nearby. There are also several historical sites to explore such as St Morwenna's Church which dates back to Saxon times and was built by Hawker himself.
