Linkinhorne is a civil parish in Cornwall, England and is located in the Deanery and Hundred of East. The population was 1,619 at the 2011 census. The parish includes the villages of Pensilva and Metherell as well as several hamlets such as Trebartha, Trewint, Bray Shop and St Clether. A long history dating back to the Iron Age when it was part of the ancient kingdom of Dumnonia. In more recent times it has been an important centre for mining and agriculture with many farms still in operation today. There are also several churches including St Melor's Church which dates back to Norman times and is now a Grade I listed building.
