EDITORS COMMENTS
This print by John Alexander showcases the breathtaking beauty of Barmouth Bridge, located on the coast of Cardigan Bay in Gwynedd, Wales. The image captures the essence of this travel destination with its vibrant colors and stunning landscape. The horizontal composition allows for a panoramic view that encompasses the bridge, coastal scene, railway track, and railings. The diminishing perspective leads our eyes towards a vanishing point in the distance, creating a sense of depth and intrigue. Cardigan Bay's crystal-clear waters glisten under the sunlight while majestic mountains serve as a dramatic backdrop to this picturesque setting. A winding path invites us to explore further into this scenic wonderland. The high angle view adds an element of grandeur to the photograph, emphasizing both the vastness of nature and man-made structures. Clouds float peacefully above, reflecting off the tranquil sea below. John Alexander's skillful photography transports us to this idyllic location in Europe - an escape from our daily lives into a world filled with natural wonders and architectural marvels. This print serves as a reminder that there is always "the way forward" waiting for us to discover it amidst these awe-inspiring landscapes.
