This print showcases the grandeur of the Khartoum Bridge, which was opened in Sudan on 1 February 1928. The image captures a serene view of the newly inaugurated bridge after the momentous opening ceremony. The photograph, taken during the interwar period in Europe, transports us back to the vibrant twenties with its monochrome charm.
