EDITORS COMMENTS
Talk about a fishy feast! This striped mackerel shoal takes open-mouthed dining to a whole new level as they filter through the Red Sea for zooplankton. It's like watching an underwater buffet in action! These percomorphi party animals know how to have a good time, swimming together in perfect synchrony. With their vibrant stripes and playful antics, they're definitely the life of the oceanic party. But let's not forget their unique feeding technique - talk about bizarre and weird! Who needs fancy cutlery when you can just swim around with your mouth wide open? These mackerels are true pioneers of filter feeding, making sure no tasty treat slips away. Captured by Alex Mustard at Marsa Shouna in Egypt, this print showcases the beauty and humor found beneath the waves. It's like witnessing a hilarious group dance routine performed by these aquatic acrobats.
