Cleveland County Councils motor-cycle training scheme had to withdraw its services in the East Cleveland area last year because of a shortage of qualified instructors. Now a new team of instructors is geared up and ready to go. from oft are instructors Mark Goodwin, Coleen Goodwin, Derek Wood and Robin Foster. 28th August 1989

Bevelled wood effect frame, card mounted, 10x8 archival quality photo print. Overall outside dimensions 14x12 inches (36x31cm).
