Members of the TA from Coulby Newham are to take to the water for charity in a marathon sponsored canoe race and they are appealing to Teesside businessmen to back them in the 125 mile race from Devizes, Wiltshire to Westminster to raise £ 2000 for the Samaritans and Cystic Fibrosis. Platoon commander Second Lieut. Brian Meeres, 25, had already had 250 pledged by local companies. Pictured training at Thornaby baths are Pte Mark Charlton, Officer Cadet Alsn Craif and Pte. Bevelled wood effect frame, card mounted, 15x10 archival quality photo print. Overall outside dimensions 21x16 inches (54x41cm). Environmentally and ozone friendly, Polycore® moulding has the look of real wood, is durable and light and easy to hang. Biodegradable and made with non-chlorinated gases (no toxic fumes) it is efficient; producing 100 tons of polystyrene can save 300 tons of trees!
