EDITORS COMMENTS
In this print titled "Animal Cheetah November 1986" we are introduced to a heartwarming story of resilience and acceptance. Meet Saki, the adorable baby cheetah who faced rejection from his own mother. However, fate had something extraordinary in store for him at Marwell Zoo Hant. As the image suggests, Saki found solace and love in an unexpected place - the office staff at Marwell Zoo. This unusual bond between humans and animals showcases the incredible capacity for compassion that exists within us all. Despite being wild by nature, Saki's innocence and cuteness melted even the toughest hearts. Transporting us back to the vibrant era of the 1980s, this photograph captures a moment frozen in time. The typewriter on display serves as a reminder of simpler times when technology hadn't yet taken over our lives. Arthur Sidey skillfully immortalizes this touching tale through his lens, allowing us to witness firsthand how love knows no boundaries or species limitations. Through his artistry, he invites us to reflect on our own capacity for empathy and kindness towards those who may be different from ourselves. This Memory Lane Print not only preserves a beautiful memory but also serves as a gentle reminder that sometimes it takes just one act of acceptance to change someone's life forever – whether they have fur or not!
