Well, they turned out to belong to 3ft. 10in David Rappaport who appearedin the film Time Bandits. He was lending a helping hand to John Cleese, Rowan Atkinson and Pamela Stephenson at rehearsals for their new show, The Secret Policemans Other Ball.
