Painted by the renowned Flemish artist Rubens in approximately 1605, this masterpiece is a recreation of Titian's original work. The vibrant red hues dominate the canvas, emphasizing Isabella's regal presence and commanding personality. Isabella d'Este was a prominent patroness of arts and culture during her time, known for her intellect and refined taste. The intricate details in her elaborate attire and jewelry further highlight her status as one of the most powerful women in Europe during the 16th century.
