EDITORS COMMENTS
. This print by Dieter Hopf captures the tranquil beauty of nature as a majestic red deer finds respite from the summer heat in a crystal-clear stream. The image showcases the magnificent European red deer, scientifically known as Cervus elaphus, gracefully immersed in cool waters amidst the picturesque landscapes of Sweden's breathtaking Scandinavian region. The composition exudes serenity and harmony with its horizontal symmetry, allowing viewers to immerse themselves in this peaceful scene. The vibrant colors and natural lighting emphasize every detail of the red deer's elegant form, highlighting its antlers and sleek coat against the lush green grassy banks.
