The engraving titled "Plan Showing how Francis Drake Stormed and Held the Island of San Jacob" takes us back to the 17th century, offering a glimpse into an extraordinary event that unfolded in the New World. The image transports us to a bustling harbor, where Drake's ship dominates the scene with its imposing presence.
