EDITORS COMMENTS
This print by Hugh Rooney showcases the remarkable "Endless or Infinite Staircase" sculpture created by Danish artist Olafur Eliasson, set against the backdrop of Munich's bustling cityscape. The KPMG offices stand tall behind this architectural masterpiece, adding a touch of modernity to the scene. The artwork itself is a mesmerizing double helix staircase that seems to defy gravity and stretch infinitely into the sky. Its swirling patterns and shapes create an illusion of movement, drawing viewers into its enigmatic charm. The vibrant blue hues contrast beautifully with the orange accents, adding depth and vibrancy to the composition. As you gaze upon this image, you can't help but feel a sense of wonder and intrigue. It encapsulates both artistry and innovation in one frame, showcasing Munich as a destination where creativity thrives alongside business ventures. The courtyard surrounding the sculpture serves as a tranquil oasis amidst the urban hustle-bustle. Rooney's expert photography captures not only the physical beauty of this landmark but also its symbolic significance as a tourist attraction. This photograph invites viewers to take a break from their daily routines and immerse themselves in an abstract world where boundaries are blurred and possibilities are endless.
