A Certificate to 23998 Private J. Herron, Manchester Regiment from H.Q. 4th Army and dated 4th March 1919, congratulating him on his gallantry and devotion to duty. Signed - H. Rawlinson, General. 3. A document from Records No. 1, No. 3 District, Preston, requesting acknowledgement for the receipt of the Certificate, dated 28th May 1919. All documents are in the original cardboard tube.
