Paeonia Bakeri

Watercolour and pencil on paper of Paeonia Bakeri by Lilian Snelling. Snelling worked as a botanical artist at the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh from 1916 to 1921. She provided the illustrations for many books including A Supplement to Elwes Monograph of Genus Lilium (1933-40) as well as for Curtis's Botanical Magazine from 1922-52

HMS Daring and Dauntless

Type 45 destroyers together for the first time.
