Douglas, Isle Of Man: Ireland's Ralph Bryans, on a Honda, comes out of Governor's Bridge just ahead of Japan's I. Morishita, on a Suzuki during the 50-cc International Event in the 1964 T.T. races here today. Winner of the event, in a record average time of 80.64 MPH was New Zealander Hughie Anderson on a Suzuki, with Bryans second and Morishita third.
