Captain a W Phillips, the Royal Automobile Clubs Competition Secretary, paid a visit of inspection to the new road racing track which is to be opened at the Crystal Palace site this week.
The track is being considered for the tourist Trophy race, which is to be held this year over the Ards circuit, Ulster.
