Sussex County Collection

Sussex County Cricket Club is one of the 18 major county clubs which make up the English and Welsh domestic cricket structure, and is based in Hove, East Sussex and plays its home matches at The 1st Central County Ground in Hove. The club was founded in 1839 and has won the County Championship title three times, most recently in 2007. It also competes in the Royal London One-Day Cup, Vitality Blast T20 competition and other competitions such as the Bob Willis Trophy. Sussex CCC also has a strong youth set-up with teams from Under 9s to Under 19s competing across various age groups throughout England & Wales. The club provides a pathway for young cricketers to progress through their development stages into professional cricket with Sussex CCC or beyond into first class or international cricket if they are good enough.
