This print showcases the Turkana Boy skull, a remarkable fossil belonging to Homo ergaster. Also known as KNM-WT 15000, this specimen is widely recognized as one of the most complete skeletons ever discovered, dating back approximately 1.5 million years ago. Unearthed near Lake Turkana in Kenya in 1984, it provides invaluable insights into our human evolutionary tree. Believed to have been between 7 and 15 years old at the time of death, this male individual's age estimation adds another layer of intrigue to his story. Classified by some experts as Homo erectus, both species are now extinct but played significant roles in shaping our understanding of human history. In this studio shot captured by AccuSoft Inc. , every intricate detail of the Turkana Boy skull is beautifully preserved for scientific examination. Its historical significance cannot be overstated; it serves as a testament to our shared ancestry and offers clues about early African civilizations.
