The image captures a stunning optical view, with the North positioned at the top. At the lower center, we are drawn to the ethereal Flame Nebula (NGC 2024), adorned in delicate shades of pink and bisected by a dark lane of dust. To its right shines Altinak (Zeta Orionis), one of three stars that form Orions belt. Alnilam (Epsilon Orionis) takes its place as the middle star in this iconic stellar trio, situated towards the center-right region. Just below Altinak lies an intriguing sight -the Horsehead Nebula (Barnard 33)- where dark dust protrudes over IC 434, an emission nebula emitting vibrant red glows due to hydrogen ionization caused by radiation from nearby stars. Intriguingly placed towards upper left is M78 (NGC 2068), revealing itself as a reflection nebula amidst this cosmic tapestry.
