The wreck of the Greek Skopelos Sky cargo vessel which ran aground at Hell's Mouth, Port Isaac in December 1979 during hurricane force winds. Rescue of the ship's crew by Padstow Lifeboat proved impossible and all men aboard were rescued by helicopter. Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) records state: Silver Second-Service Clasp awarded to Coxswain Trevor England in recognition of his courage.

Prints are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof, optical clarity acrylic (providing the same general protection from the environment as glass). The back is stapled hardboard with a sawtooth hanger attached.
