Demonstrating their claim is three-year-old Lisa Powell, of Ferryside.
Suitable for local travelling on public roads as well as being ideal for industrial sites and hospitals, the scooter is driven by a standard car battery.
For road use, it is fitted with pneumatic tyres and has two independent brakes. Solid rubber cushion tyres are available for industrial usage.
