Stars of " A Land Fit For Heroes", a new Merseyside stage play set during the First World War, pose on stage at the Liverpool Playhouse with judges after it won a transfer from Liverpool to Londons West End.
The plaY was written and produced by teenagers from Knowsley Hey Comprehensive School, beating off competition from nearly 400 schools to win the North West Final of the Anchor Youth Drama Awards.
Pictured after their win are the children of Knowsley Hey school with the three judges: comedian Les Dennis, Everyman director Kate Rowland and drama critic Stella Flint.
