Little Danish girl Tina Dubsky, daughter of Joseph Dubsky who has a comic Bulldog act at Belle Vue, is little mother to two month old bulldog pup Persil. Tina has helped to bottle-feed Persil since he was a baby and his mum could not provide enough milk for his brothers and sisters. Tina has good cause to repay her thanks for Persils grandmother saved Tinas life. Mr Joseph Dubsky was on tour in South Africa spending the day fishing when grandmother Babys frantic barking attracted Joseph up the river, just in time to see Tina floating to the top of the river, he got Tina out with Babys help and she recovered quickly. Tina loves Persil better than all her dolls. Persils grandmother Baby has had thirty children & grandchildren and has litters in Denmark, Sweden, Holland and Africa. 29th January 1965. © Mirrorpix
