The building at De Brus School, Skelton, was just a small hut until Cleveland County Council decided to replace it with the £ 480, 000 multi purpose building which was opened this week by Sir Maurice Sutherland, chairman of the county education sub committee. It will be open five nights a week for 14-21 year olds and will also be used by the rest of the community as a whole. 9th September 1989
