The Variety Club of Great Britain - the celebrities charity organization - has presented a minibus to Nortonthorpe Hall School, Scissett. TV presenter Richard Whiteley handed over the keys of the bus to acting head Mrs. Anne Mallinson, pictured with some of the youngsters. The £ 12, 000 bus will be used to take the pupils on educational trips and will also be used to ferrying children to and from school. 1st July 1986
