Talented young Mirfield artist Steven Stanley had a brush with Life At The Top today. As part of a national junior Boys Brigade competition 8-year-old Steven of Lower Hopton, was chosen by his group to spend a day as an artist. Steven worked with Mirfield artist Mr Frank Copley until lunchtime then was due to visit Mirfields Easthorpe Art Gallery, a Leeds art shop and the Henry Moore Gallery in Leeds. 1st March 1986

Talented young Mirfield artist Steven Stanley had a brush with Life At The Top today. As part of a national junior Boys Brigade competition, 8-year-old Steven of Lower Hopton was chosen by his group to spend a day as an artist. With excitement in his eyes and paintbrush in hand, Steven embarked on a creative journey under the guidance of renowned Mirfield artist Mr Frank Copley. From morning till noon, Steven immersed himself in the world of art, learning various techniques and exploring his own artistic style.
