Frank Worthington signs for Liverpool from Huddersfield Town at Anfield watched by manager Bill Shankly, assistant manager Bob Paisley and club secretary Peter Robinson.
The deal later collapsed after Worthington failed a medical due to high blood pressure.
Bill Shankly told him to have a break, and return for a second medical. Worthington went to Majorca and failed the medical again before eventually moving on to Leicester City.
