Twenty five year old Mark Hemming of Lutterworth and fiancee Lynda Harban, 24, of Coventry have applied to the British Consul in Guadalajara for permission to marry. They have been together for eight years and came to Mexico to watch the World Cup and decided on the spur of the moment to get married there.
